Amelia Park Residence
​

This project began based upon a traditional Charleston Side yard design.  The style was chosen to address unique challenges presented by the size of the lot and view corridors.  

​

This project is approximately 4,700 square feet under-roof. 

Atlantic Beach Country Club Model Home
​

This design was produced to showcase the ornate detailing required by the Atlantic Beach Country Club design guidelines.  Multiple style options were presented to create significantly different exterior aesthetics based on the same floor plan.

​

This project is approximately 4,000 square feet under-roof.

Escambia Street

This modestly sized Florida Vernacular home is perfect for a vacation spot.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it has 1,260 square feet of heated space and a large 250 square foot front porch.
