Amelia Park Residence

This project began based upon a traditional Charleston Side yard design. The style was chosen to address unique challenges presented by the size of the lot and view corridors.

Atlantic Beach Country Club Model Home
​
This design was produced showcase the ornate detailing required by the Atlantic Beach Country Club design guidelines. Multiple style options were presented to create significantly different exterior aesthetics based on the same floor plan.

Paradise Key Residence
​
Originally designed to be a model home design for a developer, this home layout was ultimately sold to a private home-owner and fine-tuned to their personal tastes.
